## Purchase Process
1. Quote and sample: send volume, grade, and destination via WhatsApp; frozen samples sent by courier if needed.
2. Proforma invoice and 30% deposit; remainder due upon shipping documents. Payment in USD or IRR (Iranian rial).
3. Processing in licensed cold storage, health certificates and export documents issued, loading onto refrigerated truck/container.

## Quality and Cold Chain
- Maximum of 48 hours from catch until arrival at cold storage.
- Cold chain maintained at −18°C from processing to destination.
- Wild-caught, no antibiotics; possibility of requesting an independent inspection report for the shipment.
